We will assist each student throughout the Financial Aid process. Please call (419) 472-1150 or EMAIL the Financial Aid office to schedule your personal Financial Aid appointment. If you would like to begin the process before your Financial Aid appointment, log onto the Federal web site to fill out the application.

Important information prior to completing the FAFSA:
Dependent Students are those students who are either the age of 24 who is not married or has never been married or does not have dependent children will be required to provide their parents income. Independent Students are those who are either over the age of 24, married or have dependent children.
To assist you in completing the FAFSA you will need:
- A copy of your 2011 Federal Income taxes or your parents 2010 Federal Income taxes depending on your dependent status.
- Bank statements for yourself and Parents if this applies.
- Investment Account Statements (stocks, bonds, UGMA/UTMA 529 plans, business and farm records).
If you do not have this information available, estimates are perfectly acceptable and recommended.
